Champaran Properties – Enterprise Full-Stack Real Estate Platform A production-ready real estate platform built specifically for the North Bihar market (East & West Champaran – Motihari & Bettiah), combining regional land measurement systems with modern property management, seller verification, and secure enterprise architecture. Key Features & Architecture North Bihar Land Unit System: Implemented native support for Katha, Dhur, Bigha, and Sq.Ft conversions and displays, matching local buyer and seller expectations. Automated Image Processing Pipeline: Built a Sharp-powered optimization engine that generates four responsive image variants (Original, Thumbnail, Medium, and Watermarked Large) with dynamic SVG branding. Enterprise RBAC & Staff Management: Designed a granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system with Read, Create, Edit, Approve, and Delete permissions across 15+ administrative modules. Secure Seller KYC Verification: Developed a protected verification workflow for Aadhaar, PAN, RERA documents, and property deeds, with secure non-public document storage. End-to-End Lead Management: Created a complete inquiry management system featuring real-time lead delivery, encrypted messaging, and call/WhatsApp click tracking.
